The Institute organized Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (LSSGBC) for PGDM & MMS students of Semester II in association with XLNC Academy International Pvt. Ltd. This course was organized on 5th, 6th and 7th February 2019. LSSGBC program included instructor-led class room training aligned with the certification examination. The LSSGBC program taught students the define-measure-analyze-improve-control (DMAIC) methodology using case studies from several industries. It also taught the students how companies around the world are using Six Sigma framework to improve their business processes and save on costs. Students learnt to define improvement projects to satisfy the customer and reduce variation.
