              Management Premier League (MPL)

This is an intra- college event organized by the Marketing Yodhas (Final year marketing students) of TIMSR. It is a unique blend of innovation, creativity and enterprise. It starts with idea generation and ends with launching the final product. This year saw an innovative practice in the form of faculty and staff members endorsing products as brand ambassadors.

• Klub Konnect 

The students celebrated HR day with the inauguration of HR club - Klub Konnect on 27th August 2009. In keeping with its tag line Quest - Explore Yourself various activities such as Sell Yourself, Kalakaar - Unleash Your Talent Through Theatre, Pallete and  Khel Khel Mein... were organized. Noted theatre and television personality Ms. Meenal Karpe judged the events.

• Hospitality Training

The department conducted a Hospitality Training Programme for the non teaching and support staff of Thakur Polytechnic.

            Class IV Employee Module:
This module comprised of activities designed to encourage positive thinking, motivation, team spirit and office etiquette which are the key ingredients for survival in organisations in the 21st century.

            Administrative Staff Module:
This module was built around activities relating to time management, positive thinking and team building.
