A session on “Self Management,” a new initiative of TIMSR was conducted by Dr. Pooja Thorat during the Induction program of MMS Batch 2018-20 on August 10, 2018. The session covered the significance of Self Management in VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, complex and ambiguous) world. The objective of the session was to know oneself and manage the attitude in a better manner to deal with the external world.
