Employee Communication and Organization Development

An MDP on "Employee Communication and Organization Development" was organised on April 21, 2018. Dr. Abhilasha Ambatipudi, Associate Professor, TIMSR was the resource person for the same. Participants could understand the impact of change in technology on internal communication systems and processes of organisation. They also learnt how an effective communication system contributes to organisation development by enhancing employee involvement in the decision making and also by minimising the conflicts in the organisation.
