TIMSR organized a Three Days Training Program at Bajaj Auto on “Transition to Cash less India” on 1st, 2nd & 3rd December 2016. To conduct the Training program for the employees of Bajaj Auto on the theme transition to cash less India with the objective of creating awareness for the benefits of Demonetization and how to make cash less transactions and various benefits of using e payment methods .Around 130 employees of Bajaj Auto was covered for this training program. This event was aimed to enhance industry institute interaction for conducting training and development program.
Learning Outcome :
Need of the Industry on the latest issues from the management institute has been identified. Strong Interaction between industry and institute emerged which is be beneficial for us in bridging the Industry institute gaps.
