Key Considerations in Valuation Models for Acquisition 

    TIMSR organized a one day Management Development Program on “Key Considerations in Valuation Models for Acquisition” on 25th February 2017. The MDP was designed to make participants understand the considerations in valuation models. The programme helped participants understand the relevance of corporate restructuring, merger and acquisition as a strategy for corporate restructuring, key considerations in merger and acquisition, and procedure for valuing synergy and change in control. Resource Persons for the MDP were Prof. Shuchi Gautam and Prof. Payal Mogre, Faculty TIMSR, Mumbai.
