Proper communication skills in an organization if adopted will lead to its success and overall growth. A cordial and apt written or verbal communication system between the Manager and its employees can have a salutary effect leading to improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of the venture. Similarly, the correspondence with outside agencies, suppliers, customers, etc including Government bodies needs to be handled with care to convey accurate data or information as well as clear terms and conditions to remove any ambiguity. The communication skills have acquired greater significance in the present fast moving business environment which requires the organizations to sharpen their communication skills on a regular basis.
