A Certification program on ‘Compensation and Benefit’ was organized on 23rd and 24th Oct’2017 for the students of PGDM/MMS HR Batch 2016-18. The training was organized in collaboration with Middle Earth HR, India, one of Asia’s leading training organization in the field of HR. The Resource Person for the training was Mr. Raj Aphale, who has worked as Chief Consultant HR, Siemens Information Systems Ltd. The training helped students to enhance learning, and broaden their career opportunities in area of Compensation and Benefit. Students were able to discuss the diverse concepts related to compensation and Benefits Industry the practitioner. The certification programs provided students with a practical view of the topics and enhance the employability skills and knowledge of students. Students learnt modern-day industry practices with reference to HR functions in the given areas. The classroom training was followed by project work for certification.
