The Talent Identification process for Mahindra and Mahindra was conducted at TIMSR in a phased manner from March 2017 to May 2017. This was part of their performance management system for internal promotion at middle and senior level management.
TIMSR Faculty Dr. Chandrakant Varma, Associate Professor – Head HR, Prof. Pooja Thorat, Assistant Professor – HR TIMSR and Dr. Abhilasha Ambatipudi, Associate Professor – HR TIMSR along with Mr. Prince Anuraag Mishra, Head of Talent Management at Auto & Farm Equipment Sectors and his team were involved in the process. The faculty was supposed to provide the required support in Talent identification process as an unbiased third party. The process was smoothly conducted and over 100 candidates were evaluated in an unbiased manner to the satisfaction of the employees and Mahindra and Mahindra officials.
Godrej Industries Limited appointed Prof. Rahul Mehta from TIMSR as a Consultant to evaluate vendors that can provision for evaluating a Lite HRMS Platform for new Godrej Industries Limited & Associated Companies (GILAC) entities (incubated businesses, JVs and acquisitions). The Consultancy project ran from August 2018 to January 2019.
