TIMSR’s Student Council organized a “Garba Evening Event” on the eve of Navratri for MMS Semester II (Batch 2020-22) students on 13th October, 2021. The highlight of the event was to disseminate the importance and significance of the Navratri festival. During the event, management lessons related to the festival of Dussehra such as, focusing on winning over one’s bad habits like poor self-management skills, lack of ambiguity, distraction, complaining, peer comparison, pseudo confidence and procrastination were also discussed. An interactive quiz was also conducted where the students had to guess the famous brands of different companies with the help of hints which associated the brands with the colors of Navratri. Overall, the event was very informative and interactive and provided a lot of knowledge through a unique perspective of the festival of Navratri.
