'An Industrial visit to Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, Kandivali, Mumbai, was organized by the institute on Friday, 26th October 2018 for MMS and PGDM (HR) first year students. Mr. Sunil Rane from Mahindra & Mahindra Limited briefed the students about Mahindra’s history, current status and importance of Kandivali plant in Mahindra group. Ms. Lokhande explained the lab’s concept & functioning. Also, students saw the engine assembly and understood how system works achieving POKA-YOKE. Mr. Nirmal Parmar (CSR Manager) explained the various initiatives made by Mahindra & Mahindra through social activity. Students gained the knowledge related to industrial relation, HR Practices followed at plant through their interaction with HR Managers'
