The Institute conducted a two day customized MDP for the employees of Mahindra and Mahindra on 16th and 17th February, 2016.
The program was inaugurated by Mr Sunil D. Kulkarni, VP, Plant Head Mahindra and Mahindra, Rajeev Sawhney, Union President, Mahindra and Mahindra accompanied Dr. Ramakumar Ambatipudi, Director TIMSR. The Management Development Programme (MDP) aimed at enhancing competencies amongst employees of Mahindra and Mahindra. The program consisted of interactive and task based activities conducted by training experts from TIMSR. The MDP was sponsored by Mahindra and Mahindra for their employees. The program was customized as per the needs identified by the corporate.
The program was full of activities & exercises such as “Ball Toss Exercises” & “Coat Cape Round table” these activities were directed towards goal setting and self motivation. Day 1 ended with the display and discussion on video of Miracle Man and Gen X and Gen Y Collaboration. Day 2 started with little recap of the previous day. The day 2 stressed on managing performance of self and contributing to the team. Transaction analysis being the best part of the day. Role plays, Drama, Exercises have been the highlight of the two day program.
