TIMSR organized One day Management development program on "STARTUP BUSINESS" in association with World Trade Center Mumbai on May 6th 2016. The MDP was specially designed to meet the needs of aspiring and existing entrepreneurs.
The program was inaugurated by MR. A. O. Kuruvila , Advisor to WTC Mumbai ,Dr. Ramkumar Ambatipudi, Director, TIMSR and Mr. Virendra Gupte Former Head- Trade services and chief ethics counselor, Tata International Limited and corporate trainer, WTC, Mumbai. The MDP covered four modules Module 1 -Developing Entrepreneurial skills and getting started was delivered by Prof Ankita Asthana, Faculty, TIMSR. Module 2- Developing and implementing Marketing strategy was delivered by Mr. Virendra Gupte, corporate Trainer, WTC Mumbai Module 3- Financial and resource management was delivered by Mr. V. N. Mahadeven, corporate Trainer, WTC Mumbai Module 4 – Developing Business Plan was delivered by Dr. Shalini Bariar, MDP Convener and Faculty, TIMSR
The MDP proved successful in giving relevent exposure to business ventures involved in activities related to entrepreneurship. At the end a Joint certificate by TIMSR and WTC Mumbai was issued to all participants.
