Mindful Breathing 

The first Mindfulness session, a new initiative by TIMSR, was initiated on January 05, 2019 wherein the teaching and non teaching staff performed breathing activities to enhance Mindfulness. This process is designed to help our staff members to focus upon their responsibilities and also to experience inner peace and happiness, to create conducive and joyful working environment.
