A simulation process was conducted on 23rd February 2019 for Talent Acquisition Process and PI. Ms. Rohani Gahlot (Asst.Manager, L& T Construction) , Ms.Priyanka Bhosale (Global Vectra Helicorp Limited) were invited to conduct the process. Simulation covered several activities like Recruitment in Aviation Industry, briefing on HR Generalist profile of Reliance infra and conducted Personal Interview. The students learnt about the recruitment process in the Aviation Industry, Explored the role of HR generalist and also received feedback on their interview skills.
