TIMSR organized two days Off-Site training on 23rd & 24th January, 2020 at Manas Resort - Igatpuri for teaching & non-teaching staff of the institute in an endeavor to ensure continuous learning and development of the employees in an informal environment. The offsite visit resulted in rejuvenation & stress-free learning for faculty and staff. Everyone actively participated in the activities and games undertaken in the course of two days which helped in experiential learning. Employees also performed Daily Mindfulness Session at the river front.
The offsite also presented an opportunity for old and new members of TIMSR to know each other and participate in various activities.
