Universal Human Values
TIMSR organized a 7-day induction program on ‘Universal Human Values’ for the students of MMS (Batch 2023-25) from September 06-13, 2023. Dr. Pooja Thorat, Associate Professor-HR, TIMSR was the resource person for the said program. The induction program was organized as per the guidelines of AICTE, with an objective to disseminate human values among management students as part of value education. The program aimed to create an awareness and understanding of Universal Human Values like happiness, harmony, and prosperity as a source of fulfillment in human beings,
in family relationships, in society, and in nature (Universe). The program consisted of Short films, Google forms, and discussions followed by solving the queries of the students regarding human values. On the last day of the induction, an interaction session was also organized for the participants, wherein they came up with their understanding of Universal Human Values. During the program the students participated actively and appreciated the Institutional initiative, wholeheartedly.
