Jagrut Mumbaikar (Citizen’s Awareness Program)
TIMSR organized a Jagrut Mumbaikar Citizen Awareness Session, an initiative by Mumbai Police for the students of MMS Semester- I (Batch 2023-2025) on 4th November 2023.The event was led by a distinguished panel of law enforcement officers. Police Sub-Inspector Mr. Mukund Kadam, Head Constable Mr. Vishnu Mahale, and Head Constable Ms. Padmawati Mathais engaged the students in a comprehensive discourse on the pressing issues of cyber fraud, crimes, and bullying. Their expertise and insights provided the students with invaluable knowledge on recognizing and addressing these digital threats, empowering them to navigate the online world responsibly and safely. This session not only heightened students’ awareness of the risks associated with the digital realm but also equipped them with practical strategies to protect themselves and their peers.
