Summer Internship Project Viva
TIMSR’s Human Resources (HR) department organized a Summer Internship Project Viva on February 10, 2024, for MMS Semester III (HR) students (Batch 2022-24) to provide a crucial platform for showcasing their professional skills developed during their summer internships. Students presented their diverse internship projects to a panel of faculty member and industry expert, Ms. Kavya Nair, Payroll Associate at Mahindra Integrated Business Solutions, highlighting their technical competencies, communication abilities and project management skills. The viva format encouraged interactive discussions, promoting peer learning and collaboration. Valuable feedback from faculty and industry experts contributed to refining skills and projects. Overall, the viva has equipped students with insights and skills essential for success in their academic and professional journeys.
