Orientation Program
Thakur Institute of Management Studies & Research organized an Orientation Program for the students of MMS Semester-II (Batch 2022-24) on 23rd March 2023. The program started with a welcome address, proposed by Deputy Director Dr. Rekha Singh- TIMSR. During the session, students were also enlightened on the Vision, Mission, Values, Program Educational Objectives (PEO) and Program Outcomes (PO) of the Institute. Further, Dr. Rekha Singh briefed the students on the institute’s best practices. The program continued with an orientation of Semester II – Courses and Value added programs introduced to the semester to bridge the gap by Ms. Reema Shah. Students were further briefed on the examination timelines by Dr. Yesha Mehta.
Further, a session on Summer Internship Project (SIP) Mentoring was taken by Dr. Shebazbano Khan wherein students were given an understanding of SIP report formats. In the end, Mr. Rahul Mehta oriented students on the placement policy and guided students in preparation for upcoming placements. The program concluded with a Question & Answer session and a vote of thanks.
