Data Analysis with SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences)
TIMSR organized a Workshop on Data Analysis with SPSS for the students of MMS Semester- II (Batch 2022-2024) on 12th August 2023. The session was conducted by Mr. Rajan. J. Nandola, working as Senior Academic Head, Podar World College.
The objectives of the session were-
- To introduce students to the SPSS software interface, its features and basic functionalities.
- To brief the students to import different types of data into SPSS and process the data for analysis.
- To explain the concept of hypothesis testing and guide students through performing T tests, ANOVA and Chi Square tests using SPSS.
During the session, the students actively participated with great interest. At the end, there was a separate question and answer section, where doubts were addressed by the speaker.
