Emerging Trends in HRM

TIMSR organized a Guest session on ‘Emerging Trends in HRM’ on 20th March 2024 for MMS Sem-II students. Mr. Kevin Dias, Founder and Chief Vision Officer, ShareYourHr was invited as a guest speaker for the same. Mr. Kevin shared his words of wisdom on the emerging trends and current practices of HR, including leadership, change management, team building, HR analytics, risk assessment, and people management followed by the role of innovation and creativity in Human Resource Management. The session was followed by a Q&A round.
