Training and awareness session on Environment and Energy Audit
TIMSR organized a Training and awareness session on Environment and Energy Audit for the staff on 18th September 2023. The session was conducted by Mr. Kiran Bambalkar, working as Director and Lead Auditor & Trainer, Pharmexcel Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai.
The objectives of the session were-
- To guide on continuous improvement and enhancing environmental and energy sustainability within the institution.
- To educate participants about relevant environmental laws & regulation, and to ensure audits are conducted in compliance with legal requirements.
- To explain to participants how to identify & improve resource efficiency, including energy, water and materials leading to cost savings.
During the session, the staff actively participated with great interest. At the end, there was a separate question and answer section, where doubts were addressed by the speaker.
