Equity Research Analyst
TIMSR organized a Profile Insights Series on 10th August 2024 for its Finance students of Batch 2023-25, providing them with in-depth understanding and skills for the role of Equity Research Analyst.
The session was led by Mr. Vridum Mehta, an Equity Research Analyst at ASK Investment Managers Limited and our alumnus of Batch 2009-11. The session aimed to educate students on equity research’s role in investment decisions and equip them with relevant skills and knowledge.
The speaker during the session emphasized the need to acquire strong financial modeling, data analysis, and data interpretation skills to excel in role of Equity Research Analysis. He furthermore imparted expert guidance and suggestions for effectively preparing for and performing well in the interview.
The session was engaging and interactive, with students showing great interest. A Q&A session followed, where the speaker answered questions and cleared doubts.
