Mock Personal Interview (PI)
TIMSR organized a Mock Personal Interview (PI) session for the students of MMS (Operations specialization) Semester-III (2023-25) on 26th August 2024 to enhance their interview readiness. The session aimed to equip students with effective strategies for answering common and situational questions, improve their body language and communication skills, and provide insights into industry-specific interview standards. During the session, students practiced articulating their experiences and handling unexpected questions, receiving valuable feedback on their performance. Additionally, advice was given on refining resumes and cover letters.
The session concluded with a Question & Answer segment, allowing students to address remaining queries, if any and gain further clarity on interview processes and expectations. Overall, the mock interviews offered practical experience and confidence, preparing students for the recruitment process and future career opportunities.
