Alumni Interaction MMS Semester III (Batch 2022-2024)
TIMSR organized a Profile Briefing session for the students of MMS Semester III (Batch 2022-2024) who had applied for the post of Client Services Representative at Interactive Brokers on 21st October 2023. The session was conducted by Mr. Smith Pereira working as Associate at Interactive Brokers.

- Respond to retail and professional clients’ inquiries via inbound calls, email and on-line chat.
- Assist clients with opening and funding accounts.
- Knowledge of securities regulations impact on customers.
- Show clients how to use different features of the Trader Workstation.

Overall, the session helped the students to boost their confidence & to prepare themselves as per the requirement of the profile. At the end, a separate question and answer section was conducted by the speaker to address the doubts of the students.
