Alumni Session on the topic “Learning How to answer technical interview questions”
TIMSR’s Human Resources department organized an Alumni Session on the topic “Learning How to answer technical interview questions” for the students of MMS semester II (Batch 2022-2024) on 26th August, 2023. The speaker for the session was Ms. Apurva Kharat, Senior Associate Lead (Employee Relations) – Infosys. Ms. Apurva explained her field and provided a brief description of her role in her current organization. Further, she offered some tips to crack technical interview, which are as follows:

- Explain your views with example
- Never end answer with “I don’t know”
- Have a smile while answering
Finally, she emphasized what the interviewer is looking for, which includes abilities of a candidate, passion for HR domain etc. Overall, the session was highly informative and interactive.
