Labour Court Visit by HR Students
TIMSR’s HR Department organized a field visit for the students of MMS (HR) Semester-III (Batch 2023-25) to the Labour Court on 16th October 2024, at BKC, Bandra, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
During the visit, students were accompanied by the practicing Lawyer and their faculty of Labour Laws course. By visiting the labour court, students explored the procedures related to employee complaints, industrial disputes and petitions. They further witnessed a live hearing of employee retrenchment till the end. Overall, students gained hands-on learning of the labour court procedures and labour legislations followed by the labour court.
