TIMSR’s Placement Cell organized a Placement Preparedness – Resume Building Session by Finrex Treasury Advisors LLP for the students of MMS Sem-III (Batch 2023-2025) on 24th September 2024. The session was conducted by Ms. Divya Dixit (HR Head), Finrex Treasury Advisors LLP.
This session was designed to help students craft professional and impactful resumes tailored to their career goals. The session covered essential resume elements such as formatting, writing strong content, and structuring sections like experience, education, and skills. Students also learnt how to align their resumes with specific job roles, use action verbs, quantify achievements, and avoid common mistakes. The session offered personalized feedback, showcased examples of effective resumes, and provided insights into leveraging online tools like LinkedIn and ATS-friendly formats.
