TIMSR PGDM Outdoor Adventure: Bonding, Leadership & Fun
A fun-filled and joyful outdoor activity day was organized by TIMSR at Monteria Resort on 15th June 2019, Karjat, for the newly inducted batch of PGDM students for experiential learning, opening of communication and collaboration amongst them. Team building activities and Motivation and Leadership sessions were conducted by the students leading to mutual bonding. This was followed by a set of adventure activities which helped the students conquer their fears and developed a can-do attitude amongst them. The day ended with a cooling off session in the pool and rain dance to the tune of the DJ. New friendships were formed and the participants carried with them a treasure of memorable moments!
