E-talk Panel Discussion on How to Start a Business
The TCEI Cell organized an E-talk Panel Discussion on ‘How to Start a Business’ for MMS Sem-I (Batch 2020-22) students on April 17, 2021. The following Guest Alum were the Panellists for the event:-
- Mr. Siddharth Shah, Co-Founder, Essenzaa Nutrition Pvt Ltd.
- Ms. Nisha Chowta, Franchisee owner, Panchayat- The Kulhad Café.
- Mr. Ashwin Roy Choudhary, CEO, Mobcast .
- Mr.Roshan Chourasia, Co-Founder, Media Barn
- Mr.Harsh Sonpal, Founder, Jalaram Jyot Agency
The above Panellist enlightened the students on the following points:-
- Money comes when you learn to sell yourself.
- Your business model should be on the problem-solving base.
- Failure in a business makes a man more successful.
- Business sales cannot be taught you have to practice it.
Overall the session was very informative & and has given a boost of knowledge and clarity to the students to start their own business.
Entrepreneur’s well-being
TIMSR Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation Cell(TCEI) Students of MMS Semester-I, Batch 2020-22 attended an event conducted by The Indus Entrepreneurs(TIE), Mumbai on 27th March 2021 via a virtual platform, Zoom. Dr. Marcus Ranney was the guest speaker of the event who is a renowned Business Professional in the industry of healthcare & technology. The event was organized with an objective to provide a platform to the students to make them aware of the recent changes in the healthcare patterns of the people, today. The Speaker had thrown a light upon the importance of mental and physical well-being in the existing scenario. He further provided some tips on how to plan your time and energy to get better productivity. He also presented his views on the significance of Yoga and the different diet patterns one should follow. The session concluded with a discussion on the converse relationship between physical and mental activities and their repercussions. It was a proud moment for the TIMSR Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation Cell to collaborate with The Indus Entrepreneurs, Mumbai and provide our students, an opportunity to learn the basics of Healthcare Management.
Overall the session was very informative & and has given a boost of knowledge and clarity to the students to start their own business.
