As part of Certification Programme Tie up for subject Sales Management for PGDM Marketing students (18-20 batch), a two-day session was organized on 26th & 27th February 2019 on “Master Class in Sales & Service Excellence.” Mr. Rakesh Nair, Training Consultant with Dale Carnegie delivered the session. The program covered Master Concepts and Fundamentals in Personal Selling, complete understanding of the Sales functions and understanding the sales process in the context of BFSI, FMCG, IT, Manufacturing, Retail and Supply Chain Management industries.
