13th CII HR Conclave
TIMSR’s HR students of MMS Semester-III (Batch 2022-2024) attended the 13th CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) HR Conclave on 29th & 30th November, 2023 at The Lalit, Mumbai. The theme for the Conclave was “Sculpting the Future: Harmonizing Human Touch and AI”.
The conclave aimed to explore the evolving landscape of Human Resources in the context of advancing technology, particularly the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into HR practices. The sessions were designed to provide insights into the delicate balance between the human touch and AI in shaping the future of HR functions.
The event served as a platform for students to expand their knowledge, engage with industry experts, and prepare for the dynamic future of HR.
