TIMSR Marketing Conclave: Revolutionizing CX
TIMSR organized a Marketing Conclave for the students of MMS Semester –I & Semester- III (Batch 2021-23 & 2022-24) on 26th November 2022. The theme of the conclave was – Customer Experience (CX): Reimagine. Dr. Pankaj Natu, Director, TIMSR welcomed the dignitaries and the students and also briefed the changes which took place in the Customer Experience over the period of years. The Chief Guest Mr. Robin Banerjee, President and CEO, Caprihans India Limited and Guest of Honor, Mr. Jitendra Attra, CFO, Edelweiss General Insurance Company Ltd and Mr. Hrushikesh Kulkarni, CX Scientist, Zill Consulting, Partner of Qualtrics enlightened students on the theme. The session also followed a Panel Discussion on the topic – Customer Experience (CX): Reimagine.
During the panel discussion, moderator Mr. Aashiv Mehta (TIMSR Alumni), Sales Executive, Procter & Gamble steered the discussion towards Industry practices on ‘Customer Experience (CX)’ through panel members Mr. Hridyesh Gupta, AVP – Consumer Insights, Axis Bank; Mr. Milan Modi, Business Director – Digital Marketing, Madison World and Mr. Akash Jain, Deputy Manager, State Bank of India.
