Dr. Rekha Singh, currently serving as the I/c Director at Thakur Institute of Management Studies and Research (TIMSR), Mumbai, is a seasoned academician and industry professional with over 21 years of extensive experience in teaching, research, and corporate consulting. She has been associated with some of the most renowned B-Schools in the country, imparting knowledge and shaping future leaders in the field of management. In addition to her academic journey, she has also worked as an Associate Consultant at SHL Talent Measurement India, CEB, Mumbai, where she conducted Assessment Centers for middle and senior management personnel from leading corporate houses, contributing significantly to organizational development and leadership assessment. Dr. Singh’s expertise spans across multiple domains, including Human Resource Planning, Human Resource Analytics, Organizational Behaviour, Training and Development, and Performance Management Systems. With a strong foundation in Psychometric Testing, she has gained vast experience working with various psychometric tools, helping organizations identify and nurture talent. Her research acumen is well-recognized, with 31 research papers published in reputed National and International Journals, adding significant contributions to the field of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. Academically, Dr. Rekha Singh holds a Ph.D., M.Phil. and M.A. (Psychology), MBA (Human Resources) and Executive Programme in Human Resource Analytics (EPHRA) from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (IIML).Her dedication has been recognized with numerous awards, including the Best Women Faculty Award, Best Researcher Award, Global Teacher Award, Innovative Leader Award and Powerful Women Award in Education Sector
