An MDP on “Group Dynamics”

An MDP on “Group Dynamics and Business Communication” was conducted by Ms. Richal Tuscano, Asst. Professor – TIMSR on 8th & 9th February 2022 for Mahindra and Mahindra employees. During the MDP, various activities were conducted like icebreaking, role play, team building, communication activities, etc. to prepare the participants to address the challenges while working in a group, at the workplace. The following topics were covered during the session:

1. Group Dynamics
2. Group Cohesiveness and nature of the team formation process
3. Components needed for a high-performance team to operate
4. Communication and listening skills
5. Common barriers to effective communication and listening

Overall, the session went well and all the participants contributed enthusiastically.
