Managing Customer Relationships in Service Industry
TIMSR organized a guest session on the topic – “Managing Customer Relationships in Service Industry” by Mr. Rohit Tiwari, Project Manager, Niveus Solutions. The session was conducted on 28th October 2023 for the students of MMS Semester- III (Batch 2023-25). Through this session the students were made aware about handling customers through customer relationship management, along with various ways to manage customers in the service industry such as IT Industry, Banks etc.
The session ended with a question & answer session and vote of thanks.
