Dr. Sonal Sharma is a seasoned academician with over 13 years of experience in teaching, research, and administration. She has worked as an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of English in SRM University, Sikkim. Currently she is working in Thakur Institute of Management Studies and Research. Her areas of expertise include English literature, Business Communication, and Human Resource Management. Dr. Sharma is a dedicated academician with a passion for teaching, research, and mentoring. She has a strong track record of publications, conference presentations, and administrative experience, making her an asset to any academic institution.
Dr. Sonal Sharma has conducted various training programs and delivered expert talks on a range of topics. As a resource person, her sessions focus on enhancing professional development and employability.
