(1) Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate A candidate must:

• The candidate should be a citizen of India.
• Have passed the 10+2 (HSC) examination & Obtain Minimum 45% aggregate marks (Open Category), or Minimum 40% aggregate marks (Reserved Categories, EWS, and PwD candidates belonging to Maharashtra State).
• • Have appeared for the MAH-BCA/BBA/BMS/BBM CET-2026 conducted by the Competent Authority & Obtain a non-zero score in the CET.

• A candidate must Obtain either A non-zero positive score in CUET (UG), or a non-zero score in MAH-BCA/BBA/BMS/BBM CET-2026 conducted by the Competent Authority.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a non-zero positive score in CUET (UG) over candidates who have only a non-zero score in MAH-BCA/BBA/BMS/BBM CET-2026.

• All admissions will be provisional until approved by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), the Admission Regulating Authority (ARA), and the University of Mumbai (UoM). If the admission is not approved by any of these authorities due to discrepancies in the submitted documents or for any other reason, the admission shall stand cancelled, and the candidate will not be eligible for any refund after the prescribed cut-off date.
• If a candidate wishes to cancel their admission, the refund shall be governed by the rules and guidelines of the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) and the Admission Regulating Authority (ARA), Maharashtra State.
