GST-Achievements, Journey so far, Challenges and the Future
TIMSR organized a Seminar on “GST-Achievements, Journey so far, Challenges and the Future” on 6th July,2023 for the students, alumni, industry experts. Ms. Greena Karani, CFO, TEG welcomed the dignitaries and the audience at the Seminar.
The seminar was graced by Dr. Rajesh Kumar Verma – Commissioner CGST and CEX Audit, Thane, where he addressed the audience on the significance of GST in Indian economy its achievements, challenges and future prospects.
Shri. Kamlesh Kumar Gupta – Additional Commissioner CGST and CEX Audit, Thane and Ms. Daribha Lyndem – Joint Commissioner CGST and CEX Audit, Thane also expressed their thoughts on importance of GST in various fields. Further, Shri. Paras Mehta – Superintendent CGST and CEX Audit, Thane delivered a presentation on GST. The seminar ended with a question answer round where all the eminent guests addressed questions from students, alumni, industry experts and media.
Overall, the session was highly engaging and insightful for everyone and helped to build Industry student connect.
