People and Customer Relationships in Service Organization

TIMSR organized a guest session on the topic – “People and Customer Relationships in Service Organization” for the students of MBA- MM (Batch 2021-24) on 29th October 2023. The session was conducted by Mr. Hridyesh Gupta, Assistant Vice President, Consumer Insight, Axis Bank. Through this session the students got the insight of the behavioural role and relationship of people and customers in the service organization. Additionally, Guest speaker also shared his detailed knowledge on the latest topic such as Net Promoter Score.

The session concluded with addressing queries of the students and a vote of thanks.
