AI and Analytics: Powering Global Sustainability Solutions
Thakur Institute of Management Studies and Research organized a BUSINESS CONCLAVE on the theme, “AI and Analytics: Powering Global Sustainability Solutions” on 22nd February 2025. The conclave began with the CXO Panel Discussion followed by a Workshop on Big Data and Business Intelligence for decision-makers in the second half of the conclave
The Conclave started with the welcome address by Dr. Rekha Singh, Director- TIMSR, discussing the significance of knowledge sharing and being updated with the latest trends in the industry for better employability. Further, the Chief Guest of the event, Dr. Chandra Mauli, addressed the audience on the India Data Analytics Market and discussed how the increasing volume of data generated by various industries is driving the demand for big data analytics solutions. Dr. Chandra Mauli was also a moderator for the CXO Panel Discussion. Mr. Shailesh Prajapati, Chief Financial Officer Parle Elizabeth Tools Pvt Ltd, Mr. Sachin Rane Executive Director, Aarav Global Products & Services Pvt. Ltd. and Mr Pravin Sawant, CHRO & Senior Vice President, 63 Moons Technologies Limited, were invited as a panellist for the CXO discussion. The panel discussion was concluded followed by the Question-and-Answer round, where the students asked the relevant questions.
In the second half of the conclave a workshop was conducted on the “Role of Big Data and Business Intelligence (BI) in Decision-making” by Vinay Borhade, Founder-Data Astra.
The workshop facilitated a two-way interactive learning experience, enabling participants to engage with the topic and gain valuable insights.
Overall, the conclave provided valuable insights into AI and analytics’ potential to drive global sustainability solutions and emphasized the importance of human empathy and responsible AI practices.
