Awareness Session – “EPFO”
An EPFO Awareness Program under the “Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0” initiative was conducted on 27th May, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Study Skill Centre, TIMSR. The session was organized for the staff and support staff of TIMSR and other institutions under the TEG.
The session was led by Mr. Tushar S. Gujrathi (DNO) and Mr. Praveen Kumar Pathak, and was supported by Mr. Atul Shivaji Dhawale and Mr. Bhushan Jaunjal from the EPFO office.
The event aimed to create awareness about key EPFO services and covered topics such as the current rate of interest, e-nomination, Employees’ Deposit Linked Insurance (EDLI), pension schemes, and the Prayas Yojana. It concluded with an interactive Q&A session, where employees actively discussed their concerns regarding Member ID linking, EPF withdrawal, corrections in name and date of joining, and account-related discrepancies.
This informative session provided valuable insights and helped employees better understand and manage their EPFO-related matters.
