International Yoga Day

TIMSR celebrated an International Yoga Day on 21st June 2025 with active participation from both the faculty and non-teaching staff, fostering a spirit of unity, well-being, and mindfulness within the institution. The session began with a brief introduction on the significance of yoga, followed by a guided yoga practice led by a certified instructor.

During the session, participants engaged in simple asanas, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques suitable for all age groups and fitness levels. The initiative aimed to promote stress relief, enhance workplace wellness, and encourage a healthy lifestyle among the staff members.
