Customer Satisfaction & Service Quality

TIMSR organized a guest session on the topic – “Customer Satisfaction & Service Quality” for the students of MBA-Marketing Specialization, Semester-V, (Batch 2023-26) on 10th August 2025. The session was conducted by Mr. Hridyesh Gupta- Assistant Vice President (Consumer Insight), Axis Bank. Through this session, the students got the insights of understanding of service quality, importance of customer satisfaction in business and tools to measure and track the same. Additionally, Guest speaker also shared his knowledge on the latest topic such as Digital Transformation and CX. The session ended with a question & answer segment followed by a vote of thanks.
