Independence Day celebration
TIMSR celebrated Independence Day by participating in the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign, hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, from 1st August 2025 to 15th August 2025. The celebration started with the flag hoisting ceremony by TEG’s Chairman, Mr. V. K. Singh, followed by the National Anthem and patriotic songs, creating a vibrant and inspiring atmosphere, at the TIMSR campus. Adding to the spirit of patriotism, students of TIMSR also carried out a flag rally to spread awareness and showcase their unity and respect for the nation.
As part of this initiative, students also participated in the Quiz on Tiranga conducted on the MyGov platform and expressed their patriotism by taking selfies with the national flag, which were uploaded on the official Har Ghar Tiranga website. The event gained wider visibility through social media amplification, using hashtags #HarGharTiranga2025 and #HarGharTiranga, motivating greater participation and ensuring the Tiranga’s proud visibility everywhere.
Over 50 students, teaching and non-teaching staff members, participated in the event. The enthusiastic participation and the spirited flag rally highlighted the strong commitment of the TIMSR fraternity to national pride and unity.
