TIMSR’s HR department organized an Alumni Session on “Corporate HR Practices: Real-world Insights for Future HR Leaders” for the students of MMS-HR specialization, semester -III (Batch 2024-26) on 11th October 2025.The session aimed to provide students with practical exposure to contemporary HR functions and evolving industry trends. During the session, the speaker shared valuable insights into modern HR practices, focusing on areas such as AI in talent acquisition, performance management through OKRs and KPIs and the use of HR software to enhance efficiency. Further, emphasizing the growing role of technology and employee engagement in shaping organizational success, the session effectively linked theoretical knowledge with real-world applications, enabling students to gain a practical understanding of evolving HR trends and practices.
