Pre-Placement Talk Session
TIMSR’s Placement Cell organized a Pre-Placement Talk Session for the students of MMS Semester -III (Batch 2024-2026) on 3rd November 2025. The session was conducted by Mr. Abdul Kader (Regional General Manager)- T K Elevator.
During the session, the Panel highlighted career opportunities, growth paths and advancement options, while clearly explaining the selection process, including assessments and interviews. The talk showcased the work environment, sharing success stories to highlight personal and professional growth, and details compensation, benefits, and perks. It also addressed candidates’ queries, built a positive brand image, and motivated candidates by sharing the company’s vision and achievements. Additionally, it provided a networking opportunity, allowing direct interaction with company representatives, enhancing engagement and understanding.
