Alumni Session 02nd March 2026
TIMSR’s HR Department organized an Alumni Session on “Talent Management: Bridging Theory and Corporate Reality” for MMS–HR specialization students on 2nd March 2026.
The session was conducted by Ms. Diksha Bhojwani, Group Head – HR, Zeel Climate Clothing, and an alumna of Thakur Institute of Management Studies and Research (Batch 2005–07). She shared practical insights on aligning talent management strategies with organizational goals. Key topics included talent acquisition, employer branding, performance management, learning and development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
The session featured case discussions and role plays, enabling students to analyse real corporate scenarios and understand HR decision-making processes. Overall, the interactive session effectively connected academic concepts with industry practices and highlighted the strategic role of HR in organizational success.
