BMS SEM_II Orientation Program for BMS SEM_II (Batch 2025-29)
TIMSR’s BMS Department organized an Orientation Session for the students of BMS, Semester-II (Batch 2025–2029) on 5th March 2026. The session was conducted by Mr. Sunil Bhardwaj, Managing Partner, Impact Easer Consulting, who attended as the Guest of Honour.
The session, themed “Step Up to Empower, Engage and Excel — Stand Out as Future Leaders,” focused on academic preparedness, skill development, and the importance of proactive learning. Mr. Bhardwaj emphasized active participation in curricular and co-curricular activities, fostering a growth mindset, and building competencies essential for future career success. Students were also briefed on the Semester-II curriculum, evaluation process, and academic expectations. The session proved to be informative and motivating, encouraging students to take initiative and strive for excellence.
The panel discussion further enriched the dialogue with perspectives from Ms. Leena Dadlani (Barclays Bank UK PLC), Mr. Ashish Sinha (Vodafone Idea Limited), Ms. Shweta Vora (Zillionite), Mr. Chintan Mehta (Rentokil PCI), and Mr. Augustine Chalissery (SystemsIntegra). The panel shared diverse insights on people-centric strategies, technology-driven scalability, and market execution. The session was moderated by Mr. Mahendra Salunke, Head Legal & Company Secretary, MSL Driveline Systems Limited.The conclave concluded with a key takeaway: there is no single path to success, but alignment across functions is essential for sustainable growth.
